Job Summary
Loob Holding Sdn Bhd is hiring a full-time Tearista at Tealive AEON Mall Shah Alam to brew and serve high-quality beverages to customers. The role involves maintaining store cleanliness, promoting products, and delivering enthusiastic customer service. Training is provided, making it suitable for candidates with no prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Brew and serve coffee, tea, and drinks
- Welcome customers and provide enthusiastic service
- Explain and promote products to customers
- Clean and restock work and dining areas
Required Skills
- Age 18 and above
- No health issues or critical illness
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Job Details
Job Scope:
- To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.
- Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
- Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
- Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:
