Retail Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and company objectives. - Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium shopping experience. - Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and after-sales inquiries. - Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance. - Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge. - Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to company guidelines. - Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and stock counts. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly. - Maintain store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards. - Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures. - Support management in implementing sales and marketing campaigns. Requirements: - Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. - At least 2 years of retail sales experience. - Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage. - Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. - Good leadership and team management abilities. - Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules. - Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and customer-oriented mindset.
