Job Summary
Aureon Solutions Sdn Bhd is urgently hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Sales Assistant for their store at JB Paradigm Mall. The role involves customer service, sales operations, stock management, and store upkeep for POLO PKOSR fashion products. Candidates must be comfortable working a 6-day shift-based work week and possess their own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Manage inventory and arrange items on shelves
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and fitting rooms
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in multiple languages
- Basic math and POS system operation
- Friendly and reliable personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Details
Position: Retail Sales Associate / Sales Assistant
Products: POLO PKOSR Fashion bags, apparel, and other fashion accessories
Work Schedule: 6-day work week (shift-based)
Languages Required: Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Malay
Transportation: Must have own transportation

Customer Service:
- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and help them find the right products.
Sales & Checkout:
- Operate the cash register, process cash / card payments, and promote store promotions.
Stock Management:
- Receive new stock, arrange items on shelves, and maintain neat displays.
Store Upkeep:
- Keep the shopping area, counters, and fitting rooms clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma, SPM, or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills: Good communication skills, basic math, and the ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Attributes: Friendly personality, reliable, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays).
