Job Details

What You're Responsible For - Build, ship and maintain product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases. - Work with Product Builders (product/design hybrids) to turn rapid prototypes into secure, maintainable, production-grade code. - Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale. - Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve. - Review peers' code and uphold engineering standards across the team. - Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical documentation for the modules you own. - Work with QA and business owners to triage and resolve defects in the modules you own. - Help onboard and support junior engineers as the team grows. Requirements - 3-4 years of full stack experience, with a track record of full stack products you've shipped, and can walk us through, that are running in production. - Strong backend fundamentals (Typescript, Python, Go) around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability. - Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern stack. - Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot or similar), with the judgement to know when to trust their output and when not to. - Comfort reading, reviewing and refactoring code you didn't write, including AI-generated code. - The judgement to simplify messy real-world workflows rather than mirror them in software. - Comfort working with incomplete requirements, and taking ownership of outcomes, not just tickets. - English is our working language. Mandarin is a bonus.
