Responsibilities
- Diagnose iPhone faults and recommend the right repair solution
- Perform screen and battery replacements efficiently
- Replace parts such as charging ports, cameras, ear-speakers and housings
- Test devices after repair to make sure they work properly
- Keep records of repairs, parts used and job status
- Explain repair issues, cost and turnaround time clearly to customers
- Keep the workstation, tools and spare parts organised
Requirements
- Experience in iPhone/smartphone repair (see positions below)
- Good attention to detail and steady hands
- Able to work fast without compromising quality
- Honest, responsible and able to work independent
- Good communication skills
Level Experience Salary
- Junior (Modular) - Min. 1 year: RM 2,000 – RM 4,500 / month
- Mid Level - Min. 2 years: RM 2,800 – RM 6,500 / month
