Warehouse Operations Specialist

Support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and returns processing. Take responsibility for operational results at each stage, ensuring consistency between documentation, physical inventory, and system records, and promptly resolving discrepancies. Manage staff scheduling and training, and monitor compliance with operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate stocktaking and storage location management, and ensure workplace safety and compliance requirements are met. Maintain communication with teams in China and overseas, report operational issues, and recommend improvements. Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to use it as a working language for effective team communication. Proficiency in Malay and/or English is an advantage. Experience in on-site management of warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment operations. Experience handling medium-sized and large items, including bulky or heavy goods, is preferred. A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to manage an on-site team, and the ability to work under pressure and execute tasks effectively. Familiarity with basic warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) is preferred.
