Job Summary
We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join a leading Singapore bank as Personal Wealth Managers. Successful candidates will receive structured training in financial products, advisory services and sales to prepare them for a customer-facing banking role. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2–3 years of working experience across various industries interested in banking.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial advice and recommend suitable banking, savings and investment products to customers.
- Engage with walk-in and prospective customers to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional financial products and services.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with graduation completed and certificate available.
- Minimum 2 years of total working experience; candidates from non-banking industries are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills (minimum expected standard 8/10).
- Confident, articulate and professionally presentable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working towards individual targets.
- Prior banking or sales experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Mandarin or Hokkien proficiency is an added advantage.
- Genuine interest in relocating to Singapore for long-term career development.
- Able to complete mandatory training and financial licensing examinations.
