Job Summary
JATI EMAS RETAIL SDN BHD is hiring a Barista / Outlet Crew to prepare beverages, ice cream, and desserts while providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling daily outlet operations, maintaining cleanliness, and working rotational shifts across 6 days a week. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, be reliable, and be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages, ice cream & desserts according to SOP
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service
- Handle cashier duties and customer orders
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene
- Refill ingredients and assist in stock arrangement
- Support daily outlet operations
- Perform opening & closing duties
Required Skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experience in F&B is an advantage

🕒 Working Details
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 6 working days per week
- Rotational shifts
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
