Job Summary

Oversee the end-to-end Schools Partnership and Events portfolio by driving youth leadership and soft skills development initiatives for students. Plan, manage, and execute programmes such as workshops, competitions, and conferences while cultivating relationships with educational stakeholders. Build interest among prospective partners, parents, teachers, and students to achieve growth targets.

Job Details

Oversee the end-to-end Schools Partnership and Events portfolio under the Education Division by driving youth leadership and soft skills development initiatives for students across the primary, secondary and tertiary levels through debating, public speaking, storytelling, spoken word poetry, drama, Model United Nations and more. This includes planning, managing, coordinating and executing programmes such as workshops, competitions and conferences. In achieving this, you are expected to cultivate relationships with educational stakeholders, while working proactively to build interests among prospective partners, parents, teachers and students alike towards achieving the division’s growth targets. You are also expected to be independent and, where necessary, work collaboratively with other departments to enhance stakeholder experience. Requirements Technical Competencies: - Degree in related fields - Project Management & Events Coordination - Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management - Prior experience in oratory competitions (e.g. debating, public speaking, storytelling, spoken word poetry, drama, Model United Nations) Soft Skills & Non-Technical Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about growth and transformation in the education sectors, strong interest in soft skills education, eager to learn, with excellent work ethics, communication skills and personal culture. - Vacancy open in various job levels and seniority; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. For reference, salary for fresh graduate starts at RM 3,100.
