Retail Live Commerce Associate

About this role In this role, you are the face and voice of our brand—driving sales through face-to-face customer engagement, hosting dynamic live-selling streams, and delivering exceptional service and issue resolution. Responsibilities: - In-Store Consultation: Greet walk-in customers, advise them on the most suitable products for their needs, and guide purchasing decisions - Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving all customer complaints, inquiries, product returns, or service issues promptly and professionally - POS & Cashiering: Handle the POS system, process payments accurately, and maintain cash drawer integrity. - Basic Inventory Management: Routinely monitor stock levels, request low-stock items, and receive inventory as they arrive - Live Selling Host: Drive outlet sales via active product demonstrations and live viewer engagement - Raw Content Filming: Capture raw, high-energy video clips from time to time according to production guidelines set by HQ Requirements: - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales, store operations, customer service, or live stream hosting (Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, FB Live) - Fluent in Spoken Malay & English What the ideal candidate looks like? - People-First Attitude: Naturally warm, engaging, and articulate when dealing with walk-in shoppers and online live-stream viewers. - Problem-Solving & De-escalation: Calm, patient, and tactful when handling customer concerns, returns, or complaints, ensuring every interaction ends positively - Live Commerce Comfort: Confident and persuasive on camera, capable of presenting products, handling live chat engagement, and driving sales momentum on stream. - Self-Starter Mindset: Able to balance floor traffic, live streaming schedules, and light outlet tasks independently without constant supervision.
