E-Commerce Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Assist in daily e-Commerce operations including product fulfilment, and delivery arrangement for orders timely and accurately. - Promote and advertise products/shop through the marketplace effectively within ROI targets. - Assist planning, execution and monitoring online promotions activities along with marketing and warehouse team. - Maintain product information such as pricing and inventory info timely and accurately. - Assist customer service / CRM for effective engagement and activation of the member loyalty program. - Assist in optimizing the online sales on track to hit the monthly target. - Assist in hosting and coordinating live-streaming sessions on selling platforms. - Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management from time to time. Requirements Qualifications: - Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Advertising/Media, Marketing, or equivalent. - Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in e-Commerce or live-stream operations. - Well-spoken and well-written in Malay and English. Mandarin language will be an advantage. - A dedicated and results-driven team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals. - Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform well in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Independent, disciplined, and able to work proactively. - Good attitude, enthusiastic, confident, and good communication skills. - Knowledgeable and up to date with the e-commerce industry's leading market will be an advantage. - Willing to travel; working in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
