Industrial Design Manager
Job Summary
Supervise, schedule, and assign work for the R&D department while managing production drawings, installation methods, and logistics. Plan and manage the R&D process to achieve objectives, KPIs, and engineer parts to meet logistical requirements. Lead and monitor the R&D team with 10-15 years of related experience in industrial design and construction.

Job Details
Supervise, scheduling and assigned of work and task for the whole department. To start on production drawing based on approve proposal. To constantly review drawing with project on installation method and site condition but to update management on a weekly basis. To take note on packing and logistics method. To list down materials/ items to be purchase and to coordinate with project team. To prepare packing list before pick up by client before shipment of goods. To plan and manage RND process to achieve objective and KPI. To identify risk and opportunities. To train and communicate objective and KPI to ensure RND staff are aware at their rules. Engineer parts to meet logistic requirements. To update RND library for materials, parts and overall product and to constantly explore new material, technology and connection details to the management. Approve internal research reports and make recommendations for moving forward. Leed and and monitor Research & Development Department.
Requirements
- Experience in Research & Development in Constructions and project management.
- Preferable possess degree in a management or professional qualification.
- Significant work experience relevant to specific Industry.
- Proven work experience as Research & Development Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of Solidwork, Rhinocerous, & AutoCAD Software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability and strong verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma/ Bachelor in Industrial Design Experience.
- 10 -15 years in related field
