Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle online enquiries for our construction material and e-commerce product business in a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates must attend a 1-week compulsory on-site training at our KL office before transitioning to remote work. The role offers a fixed basic salary with attractive e-commerce sales commissions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat platform regarding products and orders
- Record customer information and enquiry details into company system
- Follow up with customer orders and coordinate with the sales team
- Provide friendly and professional customer support
Required Skills
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Patient, responsible and service-minded
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
- Ability to attend compulsory on-site training in Kuala Lumpur

Working Schedule
- 7 working hours per day
- 6 working days per week, 1 rest day on rotational basis

Requirements
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Laptop and stable internet connection for remote work after training
- No prior customer service experience required; full free training will be provided
