Job Summary
Megan Retail Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full Time Retail Assistant for their store at Penang Queensbay Mall. The role involves assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and maintaining store display and inventory. Candidates should have a minimum SPM qualification and be willing to work retail hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in jewellery selection
- Handle sales transactions and POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory
- Conduct live selling and live streaming sessions

Job Details
Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information and recommendations
Handle sales transactions (cash, card payments, and POS system)
Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewellery products in the store
Assist with stock arrangement, price tagging, and inventory checks
Willing and required to conduct live selling / live streaming sessions
Support store promotions and daily store operations
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
Experience in retail sales or the jewellery industry is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Basic Salary + Allowance + OT claim + Commission
