Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and manage customer relationships
- Handle payments (cash, card, digital) on our POS system and reconcile daily
- Resolve customer issues with orders and deliveries
- Monitor and respond to inquiries across multiple channels
- Identify sales opportunities and promote products to customers
- Keep accurate transaction records
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash/card payments
- Accurate with numbers and detail-oriented
- Reliable and trustworthy with money
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
