Kitchen Crew

Key Responsibilities - Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, marinating, prepping proteins and vegetables) - Support line cooks and chefs during service, ensuring dishes are prepared to standard and on time - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas - Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation - Assist with inventory checks, stocking, and receiving deliveries - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times - Support dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties as needed - Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods Requirements - Energetic, reliable, and willing to learn - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Basic knife skills or willingness to be trained - Interest in or familiarity with Chinese/Hunan cuisine is a plus - Team player with a positive attitude - Good stamina — able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to ~20kg) - No prior experience required — training provided What We Offer - Competitive salary + performance incentives - On-the-job training in authentic Hunan cooking techniques - Staff meals provided - Opportunities for growth within the kitchen team - Friendly, supportive team environment
