Retail Sales Associate

Brand: URBAN REVIVO Location: Pavilion Mall, Bukit Bintang, KL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service & Sales - Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience. - Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions. - Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement. - Promote products, campaigns, and membership programmes. Store Operations - Replenish merchandise and maintain product availability on the sales floor. - Retrieve stock from the stockroom and support inventory replenishment. - Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards. - Support cashiering, opening and closing duties, and stocktake activities. Teamwork - Work closely with team members to achieve store goals. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. - Participate in training and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills. Other Duties - Comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. - Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Management. Requirements - SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. - Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. - Retail or customer service experience is an advantage. - Passion for fashion, retail, and customer service. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - A team player with a customer-focused mindset. - Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
