Job Summary
This role involves sourcing, onboarding, and developing business customers for international money transfer services. Candidates will manage the full client lifecycle from acquisition to transaction fulfillment. The position requires proactive sales efforts, client relationship management, and travel for on-site meetings.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, outdoor sourcing, inbound leads, direct mail, email, and networking events.
- Oversee and manage the entire corporate onboarding process at each stage from account acquisition to transaction fulfillment.
- Travel to client offices to perform due diligence.
- Strengthen trust and relationships with clients to grow market share.
- Identify key markets for growth and execute strategies set by the Head of B2B Acquisition.
- Assist the Compliance Team in securing proper due-diligence documentation from clients.
- Meet client expectations regarding product offerings.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues by working with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a reputable university.
- Relevant corporate sales experience is prioritized.
- Ability to perform at a high level without significant supervision and with attention to detail.
- Must be innovative, confident, accountable, and possess a strong sense of self-initiative.
- Personal transportation is required for local travel; petrol allowances are provided, and parking/toll charges are claimable.
- Strong command of multiple languages is a bonus.
