What You’ll Do As a ZCOVA Jewellery Consultant, you will: - Provide professional consultation to walk-in and online customers - Guide clients in choosing diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom jewellery - Understand customers’ stories and recommend meaningful designs - Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after sales - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship - Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards - Stay updated on jewellery trends and competitor landscape - Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve customer experience Who We’re Looking For You might be perfect if you: - Love interacting with people - Have strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus) - Are confident, well-groomed, and professional - Enjoy sales and performance-based rewards - Are proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented - Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome Bonus if you: - Have retail or luxury experience - Have interest in fashion, design, or gemstones Requirements - No experience in the jewellery industry?
