Outlet Supervisor
Job Summary
Loob Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for Tealive Berjaya Times Square to oversee daily outlet operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of customer service. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, financial transactions, and beverage preparation following strict SOPs. We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in F&B team leadership to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Create employee schedules and supervise daily outlet operations
- Train staff and ensure adherence to service standards
- Manage cash registers, financial transactions, and inventory
- Brew beverages and ensure high product quality according to SOPs
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification
- Ability to work extra hours and on Public Holidays
- Good health with no critical illnesses
Job Details
Supervisor Job Scope:
- Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
- Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately
- Explain and promote products and offerings
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
- Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
- Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers
Requirements:
- Candidate for Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level
- Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays
- No health issue/critical illness
