Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will maintain brand guidelines, collaborate with various teams to deliver creative solutions, and prepare production-ready files. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong understanding of design principles are essential.

Job Details
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, banners, website assets, email templates, and print collaterals (brochures, flyers, packaging).
Maintain and enforce corporate brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency, correct typography, and color accuracy across all marketing channels and media platforms.
Partner with the marketing, content, and product teams to interpret design briefs, brainstorm creative concepts, and deliver impactful design solutions on schedule.
Prepare final, production-ready files for both digital publishing and print vendors, ensuring proper sizing, formatting, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB).
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and user interface trends to continuously elevate visual output.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1 years of professional graphic design experience. Fresh Grad candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply. (If intern at 4a company better)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, layout composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy across diverse digital and physical formats.
