The candidate will plan and coordinate shoots, execute content strategies, and film content using mobile devices. The ideal person must be proficient in Mandarin and English, well-organized, and capable of managing content calendars effectively.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. 1 day per week of work-from home. The company's office is in Mid Valley
Job Scope
- Plan and coordinate shoots with the company's content creators
- Execute the content strategist’s direction
- Film content on a mobile phone (talking heads, interview, B-roll, behind the scenes)
- Coordinate with video editors
- Coordinate content in both English and Chinese
- Keep the content calendar and shoot schedule up to date
Requirements
- Full proficiency in Mandarin
- Working proficiency in English
- Comfortable filming with a phone
- Organised and reliable with deadlines and follow-ups
- Clear communication with talent, strategists and editors
- Experience in social media, content production or coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu content formats
- Basic editing skills
- Interest in AI tools for content creation
