Job Details
Assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable beauty products based on their needs. Introduce and explain product features, benefits, promotions, and usage. Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the sales process. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling and upselling. Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall cleanliness of the sales area. Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotions. Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate recommendations. Support daily store operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree holders are welcome. SPM leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous sales, beauty, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, positive, and comfortable interacting with customers. Passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, or retail. Willing to learn and able to work towards sales targets. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
