E-Commerce Intern
Job Summary
OPPO by JIE Business Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to assist in managing product listings, order processing, and campaign support across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing a relevant degree and possess strong communication skills in Mandarin and English. This is a Monday to Friday internship located at 1 Powerhouse, Bandar Utama.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings and inventory
- Process online orders and coordinate shipments
- Support e-commerce campaigns and product launches
- Respond to customer chat inquiries
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's in Business/Marketing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with online order processing, fulfilment, shipment coordination and order status monitoring.
- Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers and new product launches.
- Monitor e-commerce sales performance, stock availability and prepare basic reports.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support via chat on third-party e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop).
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or any relevant field.
- Strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written is required.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
