Risk Analyst
Job Summary
Perform daily risk analysis and KYC verification to ensure genuine user identity while monitoring abnormal trends from transactional data. Evaluate bonus applicants and handle risk control tasks during night shifts. Candidate must possess a relevant diploma and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily analysis and provide solutions to other departments
- Perform KYC verification and summary report preparation
- Monitor abnormal trends and evaluate user transactional data
- Take immediate action for risk control during night shifts
Required Skills
- Diploma in Actuarial Science or Risk Management
- 1 year risk experience or relevant internship
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
Job Details
Performs Daily Task:
- Conduct analysis and provide solution & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from other departments e.g. Payment, CS, Marketing.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
- Tasks include but not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.
Monitor & Identify Abnormal Trend from Data:
- To identify abnormal users based on their profile.
- To evaluate user behaviour by analysing transactional data.
- To review eligibility of bonus applicant.
- To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/higher education in Actuarial Science, Risk Management Mathematics or any related field.
- Must have 1 year experience in Risk related position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (with internship in Risk related position is an advantage).
- Required Language(s): English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel for report writing.
- Able to fully night shift (10pm - 7am) and on weekends / public holidays.
