Job Summary
Spearhead is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join their creative marketing team in Malaysia. In this role, you will create memorable brand moments and grow local awareness through ground activations and social campaigns. You will handle hands-on tasks like running booths, capturing content, and engaging directly with consumers.

Responsibilities
Brand Activation
Represent client brands on-site with clear, friendly communication and consistent brand behaviour.
Set up and maintain booths, merchandise displays, and product samples to meet brand standards.
Capture short-form photos and videos using a smartphone for social channels and post-event reports.
Drive product trials and sign-ups through quick demos and persuasive, informative conversations.
Community & Events
Staff events, roadshows, and pop-ups, working shifts that may include evenings and weekends.
Engage passersby, qualify interest, and record leads or feedback accurately during activations.
Coordinate with event organisers to manage crowd flow and ensure smooth execution.
Assist with light logistics such as inventory counts, restocking, and safe handling of materials.
Reporting & Collaboration
Log daily activity and basic metrics in Google Sheets for campaign tracking and debriefs.
Share quick content drafts and on-site learnings with the marketing team for rapid iteration.
Attend briefings and post-event reviews to improve scripts, layouts, and outreach tactics.
Follow brand checklists and safety guidelines to protect people and product during activations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 years of formal experience are welcome.
SPM, diploma, or degree holders with strong communication skills will fit well in this role.
Previous part-time retail, hospitality, or event work is a plus but not required.
Comfortable working weekends and travelling locally for activations.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
Confident verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia for customer engagement.
Basic content capture skills using smartphones for photos and short videos.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, simple spreadsheets, and common social platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Ability to follow checklists, complete simple reports, and handle POS or sign-up devices during events.
Soft Skills & Qualities
