Job Summary
Megan Retail Sdn Bhd is looking for a Full Time Retail Assistant to join their team at Sunway Carnival Mall. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, assisting with jewellery selection, and handling sales transactions. Candidates must be willing to work retail hours and conduct live selling sessions.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle sales transactions and manage store displays
- Conduct live selling and streaming sessions
- Assist with inventory checks and stock arrangement
Required Skills
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information and recommendations
- Handle sales transactions (cash, card payments, and POS system)
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewellery products in the store
- Assist with stock arrangement, price tagging, and inventory checks
- Willing and required to conduct live selling / live streaming sessions
- Support store promotions and daily store operations
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales or the jewellery industry is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
