Customer Service Mandarin

Upon confirmation, monthly incentive will be provided based on sales and KPI achieved. Range from RM300 to RM2,000 Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the related Dept whenever necessaries. Achieve individual and team sales target. Follow up with potential customers to close sales. Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases. Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase order value. Build and maintain good relationships based on customer needs. Maintain customer records and purchase history for follow up. Respond/ Reply to customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions and availability. Assist customers with order placement and payment process Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Dept whenever necessaries. Inform customers of promotion, campaign and product launches. Update Sales report Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand Any ad-hoc assigned by superior/ Management Requirements Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification. MALAYSIAN only MANDARIN speaker only. Mandatory to have prior experience in indoor sales, with a proven sales track record. Preferable with customer service experience in Facebook Livestream. Able to work shift, weekend and Public Holidays. Able to work in Puchong. Own transport
