Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities Project Delivery - Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack features and projects, from scoping and technical design to testing and deployment. - Translate product needs into clear API contracts, UI specs and deployment plans that other engineers can follow. - Maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments. Backend & AI Systems - Design and implement backend services using PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Hyperf, with MySQL schemas and Redis caching where appropriate. - Integrate LLMs and AI components into applications, applying RAG, AI agents, API orchestration and workflow automation to real product use cases. - Validate, review and improve AI-generated code and model outputs to ensure correctness, security and maintainability. - Optimize service performance, monitoring and error handling for both API and AI workloads. Collaboration & Quality - Work closely with product, design and QA to agree acceptance criteria and ship high-quality releases on a regular cadence. - Drive clear Git workflows and code reviews, documenting architectural decisions and runbooks for the team. - Share knowledge through demos and mentoring so others can learn from your AI and full-stack experience. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - At least 4 years of professional full-stack development experience with ownership of end-to-end projects. - You must have personally completed and owned full-stack projects and be able to explain each project in detail. - Be ready to present project objective, your responsibilities, frontend and backend technologies, database design, API architecture, deployment approach, challenges faced and final outcomes. - Candidates with production AI projects they built or substantially contributed to are preferred. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Strong experience with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel or Hyperf for building backend services. - Proven knowledge of MySQL and Redis for storage and caching, plus RESTful API design and best practices. - Solid JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 skills and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue or Next.js. - Familiarity with Git/GitLab workflows, Linux, Nginx and Docker for development and production environments. - Strong practical AI experience is required, including LLM integration, AI Agents, RAG, AI APIs and workflow automation. - Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar LLM APIs is expected; familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI or MCP is an advantage. - Experience using tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot is desirable, with the ability to review and improve AI-generated code. Soft Skills & Qualities - You communicate clearly and can teach technical decisions to engineers and non-technical stakeholders. - You can demonstrate how AI was used in your projects and explain the technical implementation end to end. - You take ownership, write maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions. - You are practical, collaborative and willing to iterate based on user feedback and operational metrics.
