Your role
You’ll guide clients from their first enquiry through to event day, helping them imagine the possibilities of the venue and coordinating the details that make their celebration or gathering run smoothly. This role brings together relationship building, venue sales and hands-on event coordination. You’ll need an eye for presentation, confidence in following up on opportunities and the composure to manage a busy event environment.
What you’ll do
- Connect with clients: Respond promptly to enquiries, understand their needs and recommend suitable venue options.
- Bring the venue to life: Conduct site visits and show clients how the space can accommodate their event vision.
- Turn enquiries into bookings: Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up consistently and work towards agreed sales targets.
- Keep bookings organised: Maintain accurate records of availability, client requirements, agreements, payment schedules and event details.
- Coordinate the moving parts: Liaise with clients, planners, caterers, decorators, production teams and other vendors on layouts, schedules and venue requirements.
- Support event-day delivery: Oversee venue readiness, coordinate vendor access and setup, and help resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Care for the space: Ensure event arrangements respect the venue’s architecture, landscaping and operating guidelines.
- Build lasting relationships: Gather feedback after events and nurture opportunities for referrals and repeat bookings.

- Experience in venue sales, events, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, campus event experience or a strong service mindset are encouraged to apply.
