Restaurant Crew Intern
Job Summary
We are seeking an Internship Restaurant Crew Member to execute daily cleaning, maintain high standards of guest care, and ensure accurate service delivery. The role involves following service steps, suggesting menu promotions, and assisting with overall restaurant cleanliness and table setups. Candidates who can speak English will have an advantage in this position.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect work areas, equipment, and tables
- Serve guests and follow the sequence of service steps
- Ensure accuracy of delivered items and promote menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections and assist with deep cleaning

Job Details
Execute the cleaning and disinfection of work areas, utensils, equipment, table and chairs
Detect and ensure disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment and utensils
Commits in serving guest as given training
Commits in applying and following the sequence of service steps for every guest
Preserves a high standard of guests care
Follows up service on table and turnover
Ensures the appropriate and accuracy in delivered items as per guest’s request
Suggest selling and makes sure promotion all menu items
In charge of assigned sections/table cleanliness
In charge of table set up and makes sure resetting for each table as section assigned
Communicates and informs department heads on any guest’s special request, comment or complaint
Assists stewards in F.O.H general and deep cleaning
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Outlet Manager
