Job Summary
We are seeking a backend-focused developer to own our automation and integration layer. You will design and maintain systems that connect our platform to external services to eliminate manual work. This role requires technical expertise in Python and API integration to streamline operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation workflows that interact with web-based platforms and external systems.

- Monitor, debug, and improve existing automation — handle errors gracefully, ensure reliability.
- Work closely with operations and product to identify manual processes worth automating.
- Document your work so the team can maintain and extend it.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Solid understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, XPath, DOM navigation.
- Hands-on experience with browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Able to write stable, maintainable scripts.
- Self-directed — you can take a problem, figure out the approach, and deliver.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms; SQL/basic database knowledge; Experience with Git and version control; Background in fintech, insurance, or financial services.
