Responsibilities

Job Details

What You’ll Do: - Support the full video production process, from brainstorming and pre-production to shooting and post-production. - Assist with scriptwriting, storyboards, casting, location scouting and production scheduling. - Get hands-on with cameras, lighting and audio equipment during shoots. - Edit and refine footage with animations, graphics, effects and sound under the guidance of senior producers. - Contribute creative ideas, visual concepts and storytelling approaches during brainstorming sessions. - Work closely with Video, Creative and project teams to keep productions on track and meet deadlines. - Maintain and organise production equipment and video libraries to ensure everything is ready for the next shoot. - Keep videos high-quality, visually engaging and aligned with project requirements. - Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques and new production technologies. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Proven experience in video production, either through academic projects, internships, or freelance work. - Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. - Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques. - Familiarity with visual storytelling principles and creative storytelling techniques. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and offer innovative ideas. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
