Job Summary
Asow Eatery Sdn Bhd is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, preparation, and cleanliness. The role involves assisting chefs, handling ingredients, and maintaining food hygiene standards. Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation and mise en place
- Wash, cut and prepare ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices
Required Skills
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage

Job Details
Assist with daily kitchen preparation and mise en place. Wash, cut and prepare ingredients. Assist chefs during kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas. Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning. Receive, arrange and restock kitchen supplies. Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices. Perform other duties assigned by the Chef. Requirements Kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage. Willing to learn and work as part of a team. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
