Job Summary
Care Collective is looking for a confident, compassionate, and results-driven Sales Executive to help individuals and families make important decisions about care, accommodation, and quality of life. You will build trusted relationships, communicate services clearly, and play a key role in achieving occupancy goals. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, conducting facility tours, and planning outreach activities.

Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries and conduct facility tours.
- Build relationships with prospects, families, healthcare professionals, care advisors, and referral partners.
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales and occupancy targets.
- Plan outreach activities, marketing initiatives, and community events.
- Approach organisations, associations, and companies to promote our services.
- Update enquiries, follow-ups, and referrals in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and out-of-town sales visits when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
