Job Summary
EXO Travel Malaysia is seeking passionate interns to join their Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur offices in the Database or Product departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in the hospitality and tourism industry. The program offers mentorship, training, and the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations and customer service
- Conduct research on travel destinations and attractions
- Support the team in daily tasks and special projects
- Provide administrative support as needed
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Details
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including customer service, booking and reservation management, and itinerary planning
- Conduct research on travel destinations, attractions, and upcoming events to enhance our product offerings
- Support the team in their daily task
- Participate in special projects and events organised by the company
- Provide administrative support as needed
