Job Summary
Looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage full sets of accounts, daily financial transactions, and monthly management reports. The ideal candidate will handle financial analysis, cash flow monitoring, and e-invoice submissions while ensuring compliance. Requirements include a relevant accounting qualification and 3-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL & bank reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly management reports & financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, expenses & budgeting
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents & relevant authorities
Required Skills
- LCCI / ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in tax & financial compliance
- Familiar with accounting software & POS systems

- Track client payments via POS system & ensure reconciliation.
- Manage staff claims & reimbursements.
- Use AI to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and enhance the accuracy of accounting and finance tasks.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents & relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies & procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
Requirements:
- LCCI / ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Able to handle full set accounts independently
- Strong knowledge in tax & financial compliance
- Familiar with accounting software & POS systems
- Detail-oriented, responsible & able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is an added advantage
