Job Summary

This internship role will support APAC communications activities across internal updates, social media content, campaign amplification, and regional storytelling. The intern will help keep messaging clear, consistent, and relevant across markets while gaining hands-on experience in corporate communications, content development, and stakeholder coordination. The position provides day-to-day coordination and content support to help amplify Noventiq’s brand voice.

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Canva/LinkedIn familiarity is a plus

APAC Communications Intern Summary – This internship role will support APAC communications activities across internal updates, social media content, campaign amplification, and regional storytelling. The intern will help keep messaging clear, consistent, and relevant across markets while gaining hands-on experience in corporate communications, content development, and stakeholder coordination. With ongoing regional campaigns, vendor initiatives, events, and digital activities across APAC, the intern will provide day-to-day coordination and content support to help amplify Noventiq’s brand voice. This role will assist with drafting communications, preparing social media updates, organizing content assets, tracking activities, and supporting collaboration with country marketing teams. The intern will play an important support role in strengthening communication flow, improving content readiness, and ensuring regional initiatives are communicated in a timely and professional manner. Roles and Responsibilities - Support the development of internal and external communication strategies aligned with APAC business goals. - Check and update the APAC communications tracker, including social media posts, campaign updates, newsletters, event communications, and pending follow-ups. - Review daily inputs from country marketing teams and consolidate key updates, visuals, event highlights, or campaign information for regional sharing. - Draft simple communication materials such as social media captions, internal updates, Teams announcements, email snippets, newsletter blurbs, or post-event highlights. - Support content formatting and basic proofreading to ensure materials are clear, professional, brand-aligned, and ready for review. - Organize communication assets such as images, event photos, campaign links, approved copy, and reference materials in the shared folder. - Monitor published posts or communications where required and record basic engagement updates, publishing status, or action items. - Follow up with stakeholders on pending content, approvals, missing information, or timelines to keep communication activities on track. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field. - Strong written English with the ability to draft clear, simple, and professional communication materials. - Interest in corporate communications, branding, social media, digital marketing, and regional campaign support. - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different countries. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or social media scheduling tools is an advantage. - Willingness to learn, take feedback, and support fast-moving regional marketing and communications activities.
