Job Summary
Assist in the daily operations of Metapark's arcade centre and IP-themed pop-up stores, including customer service, inventory management, and sales support. Support promotional campaigns, events, and maintain store standards while performing operational and administrative duties. Candidates should be passionate about retail operations and customer service with good communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Support store opening and closing, cash handling, and operational checks

Job Details
Assist in the daily operations of Metapark's arcade centre and IP-themed pop-up stores. Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and operational checks. Monitor store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards. Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counting. Support sales activities and provide excellent customer service. Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, events, and IP pop-up activations. Monitor daily sales performance and prepare basic operational reports. Support supervisors in staff coordination and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Assist in maintaining company SOPs, safety standards, and service quality. Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the management team. Requirements: Diploma or Degree student in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Passionate about retail operations, customer service, and business management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during event periods when required. Interest in arcade entertainment, IP pop-up stores, anime, K-pop, or pop culture is an advantage.
