Job Summary
Zapeus Agency is seeking a Creative Content Intern for a 3 to 6 months on-site internship in SS15, Subang Jaya. You will focus on planning, shooting, and editing short-form videos like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts for clients. Mentored by experienced creators, this role will help you build a strong professional portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Stay current with social media trends and storytelling techniques
- Attend client shoots and contribute to creative direction
- Ensure content meets production standards and brand guidelines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CapCut
- Understanding of video production (lighting and sound)
- Awareness of social media trends and best practices
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Detail oriented with good time management skills

📅 Internship Duration: 3 – 6 months
🗓️ Working Days and Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Your core skill is video. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for our clients.
What You’ll Actually Do
✅ Planning, shooting, and editing short-form videos from concept to final cut
✅ Staying current with social media trends, hooks, transitions, and storytelling techniques, and applying them to client content
✅ Attending client shoots and contributing to on-set creative direction when needed
✅ Ensuring all content meets production standards, follows brand guidelines, and is optimised for each platform
Requirements
💡 Proficiency in CapCut is a must
💡 Understanding of the technical aspects of video production, including lighting and sound
💡 Keen awareness of social media trends and best practices
💡 Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
💡 Detail oriented and good time management skills
