To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia' outlets
To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products
To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements
Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
Working Schedule
6 off days per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends)
9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Rotational shifts assigned by the Shop Manager

Requirements
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is required to support diverse speaking customers
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Willingness to work at different outlets based on operational requirements is an advantage
Experienced in retail industry is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible, hard-working and punctual
