Job Summary
Lucky Cup and Mixue at Cheras Traders Square are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their cafe team as Baristas and Service Crews. No prior experience is needed as full on-the-job training is provided from day one. The role involves preparing drinks, operating POS systems, and providing friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to standards
- Greet customers and operate POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of counter and equipment
- Assist with daily stock checks and operations
Required Skills
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to commit to shift work

💰 What You'll Earn
RM1,900 – RM2,400/month
Includes allowance, EPF, SOCSO & EIS
⏰ Working Hours
Morning Shift: 6.30am – 3.00pm
Afternoon Shift: 3.00pm – 11.30pm

Cheras Traders Square, Selangor
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve drinks to Lucky Cup and Mixue standards — we will teach you everything
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and make their day a little better
- Operate coffee machines and POS system (full training provided — don't worry if you've never done this)
- Keep the counter, equipment and shop clean and well-presented
- Help with daily stock checks and shop operations
- Be a team player and show up for your teammates on busy days
Requirements
Start Date: Immediate starters are welcome — the sooner the better! We are also happy to wait for the right candidate.
Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
Experience: No experience needed — fresh graduates and first-time jobseekers are encouraged to apply. We provide full training from day one.
Other Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen only
- Able to commit to shift work (morning or afternoon)
- Punctual, responsible and reliable
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
