Job Summary
Lips Carpenter is seeking an energetic and sales-driven Retail and Sales Executive to represent the brand at various bazaars, pop-ups, and corporate workshops. The role involves driving product sales, engaging customers, and managing event operations across the Klang Valley. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong sales mindset and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate event opportunities

Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Source and evaluate new bazaar and event opportunities
- Represent Lips Carpenter at bazaars, pop-ups, and retail events
- Actively engage customers and drive product sales
- Recruit and manage part-time promoters
- Ensure booths run smoothly and achieve daily sales targets
- Manage corporate workshops and brand activations
Requirements:
- Strong sales mindset and comfortable engaging customers
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly proactive and able to solve problems independently
- Organised and able to manage events and promoters
- Comfortable working weekends and event days
- Own transport (car) required for travelling around Klang Valley
