Gynaecology TCM Practitioner
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Gynaecology TCM Practitioner to join our expanding team across multiple locations in Malaysia. The role involves diagnosing and treating women's health conditions using traditional modalities such as acupuncture and herbal medicine. You will collaborate with our clinical team to provide patient-centred care and develop individualised treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat women’s health conditions using TCM
- Manage conditions like infertility, PCOS, and menstrual issues
- Develop individualised treatment plans
- Educate patients on lifestyle and dietary adjustments
- Maintain accurate patient records
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in TCM
- T&CM Council Malaysia registration
- 2+ years experience in TCM gynaecology
- Proficiency in acupuncture and herbal prescription
- Strong communication skills
Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat women’s health conditions using TCM modalities (acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, etc.)
- Manage conditions such as menstrual irregularities, infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause syndrome, and prenatal/postnatal care
- Conduct patient consultations, develop individualised treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Educate patients on lifestyle and dietary adjustments based on TCM principles
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
- Collaborate with the clinical team to uphold standards of excellence
Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Registered with the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council (T&CM Council), Malaysia (or eligible for registration)
- Specialised training or minimum 2 years of clinical experience in TCM gynaecology
- Proficiency in acupuncture, herbal prescription, and TCM gynaecological diagnostic methods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in Mandarin, English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
- Flexibility and willingness to work at multiple locations and support branch expansion
