Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Sales-driven with a good understanding of KPIs and retail performance.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear retail is an added advantage.
