Service Technician Engineer

You'll join a hands-on service team that maintains and repairs CNC equipment for manufacturing clients, helping keep production lines reliable and safe. As a Service Technician / Engineer, you will perform precise diagnostics, testing and execute preventive / corrective repairs to reduce downtime and boost machine performance. Your Growth & Impact Advance practical CNC troubleshooting and repair skills through regular on-site diagnostics, testing, and hands-on maintenance work. Master preventive and corrective maintenance practices, including systematic fault diagnosis and accurate testing, to improve machine uptime. Expand your technical experience by working across different CNC models and collaborating with operators and engineers on real-world fixes. Build measurable outcomes by documenting repairs, test results, and uptime improvements that demonstrate your impact. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 1 to 3 years experience in CNC machine servicing, maintenance, repair, or technical support; fresh graduates will be considered for junior roles. Work Requirements Practical, customer-focused attitude with willingness to attend on-site service calls and collaborate with operators and engineers. Able to work independently and as a team. Responsible, punctual and safety conscious. Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge in spoken and written Chinese will be an added advantage.
