The Operations Executive is responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring accurate inventory control. This role involves streamlining operational processes, handling warranty claims, and maintaining customer service standards. Additionally, the individual will provide data-driven insights to support sales forecasting and production planning.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and deliver customer’s orders as per customer’s requirements.
- Ensure inventory management is accurate.
- Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.
- Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.
- Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
- Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in executing customer’s orders, inventory management and shipment delivery.
- Experience in multiple departments’ various concepts and ways of working, practices and procedures.
- Minimum diploma in any field.
