Accounts Executive

1. Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end/ year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports to the Management. 2. Monitor bank balances and perform cash flow analysis planning. 3. Handle petty cash and assist in stock take. 4. Liaise with customers, suppliers, bankers, solicitors, company secretary and other regulatory authorities on respective activities. 5. Prepare and liaise closely with auditors and tax consultants for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returns. 6. Perform other related duties in the areas of insurance, renewal of license, commercial vehicle inspection, utilities bills, quit rent, assessment, tenancies, fixed assets/bad debt/stock written off, etc. 7. Support the HQ HR Department to manage HR related duties such as orientation, maintaining employee files, attendance and leave management. And about event coordination, employee welfare and other related activities. Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent in the related field. 2. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 3. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position. 4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and has a strong sense of urgency and forward thinking.
