Responsibilities Installation & Maintenance - Install, commission, and service split systems, cassette units, and small chillers according to technical drawings and specifications. - Diagnose faults, replace parts, and run performance tests to restore system efficiency quickly. Client & Site Coordination - Work with site supervisors and clients to schedule jobs, confirm scope, and ensure smooth handovers. - Coordinate with procurement and stores to secure parts and manage basic inventory needs for active jobs. Quality, Safety & Reporting - Follow safety procedures, maintain clean work areas, and complete service reports and handover documentation. - Track recurring faults and report practical improvements to improve system reliability. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - SPM or equivalent; technically experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical is preferred. - Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in air-conditioning installation and maintenance on construction or commercial sites. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, piping, brazing, and electrical wiring for air-conditioning systems. - Experience with system commissioning, leak testing, and basic fault diagnosis tools. Soft Skills & Qualities - Clear communication for client updates and team coordination, with punctual attendance and site discipline. - Practical problem solving, willingness to work on-site, and a safety-first mindset.
