Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Re{me}dy to champion our sustainable skin, body, and hair care products. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with expert knowledge, maintaining a tidy store atmosphere, and processing transactions accurately. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who want to work in a company with a core ethos of sustainability.

What is the role?
We are looking for a sales associate to join our team and be a passionate advocate who can help us champion our products, brand and mission to our consumers.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Assist customers with a smile, offer expert product knowledge and guidance.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting store atmosphere - If you housekeep your own place, it will be quite similar (Dusting, Wiping down around the store)
- Process transactions accurate and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service that keeps them coming back to find you.
- Unpack, Label, Check and Display new products.
- Packing & Arranging for online orders.
- Occasionally: Take part in occasional stock take, Assist other colleagues when they need help, Help with store organisation where you need to help with moving things around.

- Schedule: Rotational shift, Weekend jobs
- Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Yearly bonus
- Education: STPM (Preferred)
- Retail Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Language: English (Needed), Bahasa (Preferred)
